The Lost Daughter - DIANE CHAMBERLAIN I was unsure at the beginning of this book whether I'd be able to warm to the main character, as her naivety seemed extreme and it was hard to believe anybody would do what she did. However over the course of the book I grew fond of her, and of the other characters who were introduced along the way. The story was gripping and perfectly paced. I didn't want to put it down! The last third of the book especially as everything starts to come out. A great read and definitely a book I'd recommend, just takes a bit of getting into.
